Service Agreement

Our Policy

In order to most effectively offer great service at a low price, clients of OCC must agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms you must cancel your scheduled service request by calling (225) 910-8435

SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $79 IS CHARGED FOR ANY ON SITE SERVICE, GOOD FOR
 UP TO ONE HOUR PER TECHNICIAN. THIS INCLUDES THE $30 ON SITE FEE AND ONE 
HOUR OF SERVICE. SUBSEQUENT CHARGES OF $49 PER HOUR PER TECHNICIAN WILL 
BE CHARGED FOR ADDITIONAL TIME ON SITE.

2. IF THE REQUESTING CLIENT IS NOT AT THE LOCATION OF THE SERVICE REQUEST 
30 MIN'S AFTER THE REQUEST HAS BEEN SCHEDULED, THE CLIENT WILL BE BILLED 
FOR THE MINIMUM ONE HOUR AT $79. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 1 HOUR 
PRIOR TO SCHEDULED SERVICE REQUESTS. FAILURE TO CANCEL A SERVICE REQUEST 
WILL RESULT IN A ONE HOUR CHARGE OF $49 PLUS THE ON SITE FEE OF $30.

3. OCC WILL NOT BILL FOR TRAVEL FOR LOCATIONS WITHIN 10 DRIVING MILES OF THE 
STATE CAPITOL BUILDING. ANY FURTHER TRAVEL MUST BE AGREED UPON BY OCC 
AND THE CLIENT. IF NO AGREEMENT IS MADE, NO CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED FOR 
TRAVEL.

4. OCC ACCEPTS CHECKS (MADE OUT TO "OCC SERVICE INCORPORATED"), MAJOR 
CREDIT CARDS (THROUGH PAYPAL), PAYPAL PAYMENTS, AND CASH (EXACT CHANGE 
ONLY). OUR TECHNICIANS DO ACCEPT TIPS.

5. FAILURE TO PAY IN ONE MONTH FROM RECEIVING AN INVOICE WILL RESULT IN A 
$10 LATE FEE. FURTHER FAILURE TO PAY WILL RESULT IN OCC'S PURSUANCE OF CREDIT 
REPORTING TO MAJOR CREDIT AGENCIES.
